Your email address when you request the grounding guide. Contact messages you send (WhatsApp, phone, email). No other data is required to receive the guide.
Purposes
Sending the requested guide (fulfilling your request). Occasional offers and tips only if you have ticked the newsletter box. Answering your contact messages.
Processor
Guide emails are sent via Resend (processor). Data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
An email used only to send the guide is not added to a marketing list. If you opt in, the address is kept until you unsubscribe (write to isabelle.subhi@gmail.com, subject: Unsubscribe).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to isabelle.subhi@gmail.com.
